When asked, most organizations will indicate that employees are their most valuable resource. This commitment was tested throughout the COVID-19 pandemic as employee mental health emerged as one of the most prominent organizational priorities. Leaders became aware that supporting employee mental health and wellness is an essential aspect of employee engagement and contributes to a strong workplace culture of safety, inclusion, and commitment.
