What is the future of the Universal Church, in light of Pope Francis, and what can we glean about the direction in which he is guiding the Church? Fifty years after the end of the Second Vatican Council, Pope Francis is pointing the Church – both universal and local – in the path of a profound and radical renewal. There is no mistaking that this Pope has a vision for the future of the Church, and that he is moving us toward it patiently and with clear-sighted determination.
