Strengthen your approach to disciple-making by learning and practicing essential coaching skills that will transform how you listen to and guide others. This one-day training experience will be facilitated by Dr. Randy Wollf who is a certificated instructor of Keith Webb’s COACH Model for Christian leaders. All participants will receive one copy of the COACH Model workbook.
This interactive workshop is scheduled for Saturday, September 15 from 9:00-4:00 on the Trinity Western University campus in Langley, BC and you can register to participate onsite or via live-stream (all you need is a stable internet connection). The structure of the day is as follows:
- 09:00-10:20 – Introduction to Coaching
- 10:20-10:40 – Break
- 10:40-12:00 – Listening and the COACH Model
- 12:00-13:00 – Lunch Break
- 13:00-14:20 – Powerful Questions
- 14:20-14:40 – Break
- 14:40-16:00 – Designing Actions and Following Up
Registration is $59 for MinistryLift members and $69 for guests.
Facilitator Bio – Dr. Randy Wollf
Randy Wollf is Assistant Professor of Leadership Studies and Practical Theology at MB Seminary and Director of the ACTS World Campus. Randy has a PhD in Educational Studies, a Master of Arts in Adult Education, and a Masters in Religious Education. Randy served for 20 years as a pastor, church planter, and missionary which gave him experiences that ranged from children’s ministry and preaching to team building and strategic planning. He and his wife have four children and they live in Langley, BC.
