The process of aging is itself a spiritual discipline, inviting us to go deep, to find a more substantial and significant relationship with God and life. There are patterns of spiritual growth, sometimes called “spiritual disciplines,” which are especially significant for people as they age, and these will be considered in the seminar. But in the process of aging, various vices and virtues are revealed, which when identified can enable us to flourish and produce spiritual fruit in the maturing years. Practical steps, hands-on engagement and interaction will be included in this presentation.
