This retreat offers practical ways to counter the soul-depleting relationship we often form with life and with our work. It helps identify the tell-tale signs of our “branch withering” and encourages the ancient discipline of recollection (attentiveness) as a way of remaining “yoked” with Christ.About Rob Des Cotes:
Rob Des Cotes is a spiritual director, retreat leader and pastor of Imago Dei, an ecumenical network of Christian faith communities based in Vancouver, British Columbia, with sister groups across Canada, as well as in the USA, UK and Asia. He is the author of three books of meditations for spiritual direction, Fan the Flame, Higher Than I and Ultreia! (Go Higher). He and his wife Ruth have three adult children and live at the A Rocha Brooksdale environmental farm in South Surrey, BC.
